Back to Christian Science Plaza for an architectural shot - this is the front portion of the Sunday School building, added to the 14-acre Plaza complex in the 1970's. The back end of this building is a normal, squared-off shape - the radial portion shown here is meant to echo the large dome of the Mother Church extension which was completed in 1906. The Sunday School building sits at the western end of the 686-foot long reflecting pool. Always a source of good images, the Christian Science Plaza combines a wide mix of architectural styles, spanning nearly 100 years.
