I left about 1/3 bottle of nice cabernet a bit too long with all that bottled air and it got tainted - shame on me for wasting a perfectly good red! Fortunately, as I was preparing to tend to the dregs I thought it fitting to hang onto the bottle for awhile - in case any photographic inspiration should later strike:-)
The title is borrowed from one of my favorite books, by Philip and Phylis Morrison. This book laid bare the fundamentals of science and the scientific method in the same way Carl Sagan did for astronomy with the groundbreaking 'Cosmos'. Then again, we also kind of have a ring here - and the old latin: In vino veritas.
