One of our annual heralds of spring is the onset of bloomage on our African Violet - one of my first posts here was of a late season bloom of this same plant, and the foliage has been used as an abstract as well. The late afternoon light was just right to illuminate all the hairs on the surface of these leaves and I liked the arcing, scalloped patterns seen when the light penetrates.
