Found at Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary, South Wellfleet MA

I've discovered that I cannot resist making images of solitary bird houses when the opportunities present themselves - today adds another to a slowly growing collection. On the edge of the heath, overlooking Hatches Creek and the marshland beyond, this lone home instantly called out for a photo-op on first sight - I love the end result, especially how the nest box is reminiscent of the serif atop a number one.
