Found between Summer and Congress Streets - Fort Point Channel, Boston MA
Here's a somewhat unconventional 'stenciled' view of yesterday's scene - in the distant blur, we can see South Station, the rise of 125 Summer Street, and the base of the Federal Reserve Tower. This was made through an iron railing along the walkway between Summer and Congress Streets on the South Boston side of the Channel.
