Found in McDermott Court, MIT - Cambridge MA

We're fortunate to live in close proximity to a wealth of public art - a recent change in walking commute routes finds me regularly passing by the massive outdoor "stabile" by Alexander Calder, La Grande Voile (The Big Sail). Clear skies and late afternoon light combined for an opportune abstraction yesterday as I made my way home after work.
