Photo Info
Digging into the archives a bit this week - here's one from the end of October. The local commuter rail station is an interesting venue for night photography, so the tripod and gadget bag went into the back seat of the car for a little journey. I was very happy with this shot, although I wish now that I had started the exposure a bit sooner so that the brightest streaks of light could have extended the full length of the train blur - oh well.
I plan to return here in the future to take some motion blur shots of passengers leaving the platform - the exposure settings used on the night of this shot weren't right for showing enough "detail" of the passers by.
