This is a beautiful solid glass heart that was given to me by my lovely wife several years ago - I made a little stand for it out of Sculpy clay so it could stand proudly and catch the light. This has been on my list of things to shoot for quite some time. Once again, my trusty LED flashlight was called into service for lighting assistance.

side note: conditions must be surgically clean to shoot good images of glass in this manner of lighting - as careful as I was, I still couldn't get all of the dust off of the heart's surface.
