A bit of whimsy for Thursday - this piece is entitled "Mixed Plate Blues", a numbered replica of one of the many sculptures that were part of the roving, collaborative art project known as Cow Parade. I believe that the original, full-sized rendition of this wacky trio made its debut at the Cow Parade that was held in Kansas City, MO - this particular rendition was given to my lovely wife by a former student employee after he graduated and it graces one of our many bookcases, giving a perpetual command performance in our living room for the last several years. "Spotlight" here courtesy of my trusty LED flashlight.

That "things to shoot" list is really getting a workout these days:-)
