Found at Stony Brook Wildlife Sanctuary, Norfolk MA

The red squirrels were enjoying the spring weather and I think we surprised this little one - after a quick scurry up the closest pine tree, it became clear that perhaps curiosity goes in both directions. Patiently sitting while I snapped away, this woodland dweller proved to be quite a willing subject after all.
