Photo Info
Found near the Town River, Bridgewater MA
Even though winter won't seem to let go, the browns and faded golds here add a spot of warmth to a spring that's off to a slow start. This spot looks isolated, but it's quite near civilization off to the left - down to the right is one of our favorite bends in the river and also a fine spot to climb down the river bank a bit to listen to the water as it babbles by. I don't remember there ever being this many leaves still on the beech trees after winter; their presence lent an oddly airy atmosphere to the immediate area.
