Found at Moose Hill Wildlife Sanctuary, Sharon MA

Our most distant destination before heading out of the sanctuary were the ledges at the western edge of the property - hawks are often seen here soaring, but we had no luck in seeing any this time around. Moving north before the trail loops back, we arrived at a spot we hadn't seen before where an old hearth stood silent sentry against the brightness of the sun.
