This is the second image in the "Stoned in the City" series that began yesterday with a simple slab. A quick turn to the right from yesterday's post is this little feature, adjacent to the entryway to the St. Clement's rectory. The stone here has a texture like that of a fresh sugar cookie, and I liked this detail - simple and elegant.
